How and where can I redeem my vouchers?
• Follow the link in the email containing your voucher. This will take you to a dedicated booking site where you simply quote the voucher number and your Avis Preferred Customer Number
• Call Avis Preferred on our designated line if the booking can be made over the phone, or email avispreferred-reservations@avis.co.uk
Don’t forget, vouchers are only redeemable if you pay over the counter (and these bookings must be made in advance). Simply print your voucher and show it to us when you collect your car.
All vouchers can be redeemed worldwide with the exception of the free weekend voucher which can be redeemed in these European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France (excl. Corsica), Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (excl. Sardinia), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
